German Society for the Rescue of Shipwrecked Persons

The DGzRS is one of the world' s most modern sea rescue services. The sea rescuers are ready for action in all weathers on the North Sea and Baltic Sea with a fleet of 60 sea rescue cruisers and boats - around the clock. "Go out when others come in" is their motto. Their valuable work is financed exclusively by donations and voluntary contributions.
